Cycle tour Allgäu
Want a cycling vacation to suit you? No problem with the Allgäu Cycle Tour - the long-distance cycle route through the Allgäu. Because unlike the well-known long-distance cycle routes along rivers, the Allgäu Cycle Tour does not lead from A to B. Like a modular system , you can put together the route of your cycle tour yourself. And even better: thanks to the connection to the rail network , you can take a shortcut at any time or switch to another section of the long-distance cycle route.
475 km through the Allgäu
The Allgäu Cycle Tour - with a recommended cycling season from May to mid-October - is a 475-kilometre circular route across the entire Allgäu. There are always variants, shortcuts or connections to other long-distance cycle routes such as the Iller Cycle Route or the Lake Constance-Königssee Cycle Route. The nine variants of the Allgäu Cycle Tour are varied. Sometimes flat, sometimes hilly and often with a wonderful mountain panorama - cycling on this tour is a unique pleasure.
Four-star quality cycle route
Awarded four stars by the Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrrad-Club (ADFC) as a quality route, the Allgäu Cycle Tour guarantees its cyclists the best route and service quality. All information about the Allgäu Cycle Tour, the individual stages of the long-distance cycle route and other useful tips can be found in the Allgäu Cycle Tour service booklet and the overview map.
To make your cycling vacation perfect, let yourself be pampered by certified cycle hosts along the route. These also meet the criteria of the ADFC and offer you a very special service. With the luggage transport service of the Allgäu Cycle Tour, it doesn't matter where you are on the Allgäu Cycle Tour, your luggage will be taken to the next stage destination.
