(The actual, static content with the existing content elements would be placed in the left-hand column). This container would *optionally* be placed as the first content (below the hero, if any) on the pages that need to contain such notices.
Could you arrange the display order so that in the mobile view the notices in the right column appear above the content in the left column? It would be nice if you could help us design symbols for "Attention, important note" (exclamation mark?), "Tip" (information "i"?) and "Note on simple language" (speech bubble?).
