Bus tour - Royal castles

A coach tour in the footsteps of royalty

History and secrets of the Wittelsbach family

Discover the royal Allgäu up close!

How did the Wittelsbach family come to the Allgäu? Where did Bavaria's "fairytale king" Ludwig II enjoy his quiet moments at the Alpsee? And who was the alpine pioneer of the royal family? Your guide will take you on a fascinating journey into the past and tell you the exciting stories behind the royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau.

You will come to the most beautiful viewpoints such as "Jugend," the Marienbrücke or the Pindarplatz. The beautiful Alpsee lake is also not to be missed.

TIP: The bus tour can also be combined with a guided tour of Neuschwanstein Castle and/or Hohenschwangau Castle or a visit to the Museum of the Bavarian Kings.

Let yourself be enchanted by the magic of the royal Allgäu!
